Easter Weekend With Rusty

We had a great Easter weekend with our dear friend, Rusty. Here are some captured moments from our time together...
Isaiah the cheetah! His favorite game as of late is antelopes and cheetahs, so when Rusty came, he became the prey.
The cheetah taking the antelope out at the legs.
This antelope just won't die.
Now begins the Razavi/Ralston food tour. Rusty and Ramin have always loved creating amazing food together, so for our Easter dinner they went all out. In this picture, Rusty is putting maple bacon wrapped shrimp on scewers.
Here is Ramin working his saucy magic with olive oil, shallots, fresh oregano and garlic.
The sauce was drizzled over these delicious and fresh sweet potato noodles (compliments of the farmer's market).
Roasted brussel sprouts for good measure.
Isaiah watching the foodies do their thing and intently observing the bacon wrapped shrimp.
Mmmmm. Top sirloin ready for the grill.
Busy at work.
We shared this meal with our good friends, Brady and Julie Smith. They put the cherry on top of a delicious meal with some home brewed beer and wine. It was a scrumptious meal and afterwards everyone fell asleep, except for Julie and I who would never compromise talking time for sleep!
We went down to Pearl Street on Easter Sunday to grab some coffee and look around before Ramin took Rusty to the airport. Isaiah was very bummed, but ended up pulling out a smile for this picture.
Giving some goodbye love and holding his bag 'o snakes that he had gotten in his Easter basket that morning (fake of course).
